Neffe Pugh, best known as Keyshia Cole's sister, just released her second book titled Price I Paid. She is signed to Talk Dat Ish Books owned by Tionna Smalls. You know Tionna as the no nonsense match maker that tried to get Chilli a man on her show What Chilli Wants.
