The Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority is having it's drawing for Section 8. This year the ballot is online only so you must apply from a computer. This year CMHA will be picking 10,000 names to put on the list. This is for Ohio residents. The lottery entry form will be available until August 23, 2011 at 5 pm.
