Mobile Post: Shock Therapy

I picked up a trick for keeping a positive attitude while reading "One Minute Millionaire". You keep a rubber band around your wrist at all times. Whenever you have a negative thought you have to pop yourself with the rubber band. It works kinda like shock therapy. You give yourself a jolt of pain then replace it with a positive thought. I'm a bit of a masochist so I didn't hesitate to give this a try.
It's been working for me thus far. After one day my wrist I pretty sore but not as sore as I thought. (I can be pretty bitchy at times.) And I am catching myself before I get on the downward spiral of one bad thought after the other.
